1. Service Description

Clean Diet is an AI-powered tool that analyzes food photos. When you submit a meal photo, our AI provides a health rating (0–100) along with pros and cons of the meal.

Important: The analysis results are for general informational purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Always consult qualified health professionals for health-related decisions.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Required: A Clean Diet Premium subscription is required to analyze meals. Available plans and pricing are displayed in the app before purchase.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings under your Apple ID.

Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to their App Store refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree to:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Only upload photos you have the right to use
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the app
• Not circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

4. Content and Accuracy

While we strive to provide useful analysis, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated health ratings and analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Output quality depends on the clarity and content of the submitted photo
• Results should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice
• We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using the service

5. Intellectual Property

The Clean Diet app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Artem Ivanov. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating food analysis. Your photos are also processed by Google Gemini for AI analysis; their use of data is governed by the Google Terms of Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEAN DIET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
